Leveraged Resources Management, Inc. (LRM)., is a full-service provider of financial (fiscal agent) services for nonprofit organizations and small businesses.

LRM provides expertise in financial management, access to benefits and special consulting. LRM fiscal agent clients have access to group healthcare, dental and life insurance.

Key services include: banking and cash management, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable, full fund accounting ledgers with financial statements, budget preparation, audit preparation, board presentations, funding source tracking/reporting and special assignments.

“Organizations should be able to spend more time securing new funds, and less time keeping track of them,” says Terry Blake, LRM Chief Operating Officer. “LRM works to ensure nonprofits and similar small businesses fulfill their missions as well as their fiduciary responsibilities.”

LRM is a wholly owned for-profit subsidiary of ARCHS (Area Resources for Community and Human Services) a St. Louis-based 501c3 nonprofit that serves as Greater St. Louis' Community Partnership for the State of Missouri.

“ARCHS created LRM because, as a nonprofit our self, we understand how important it is to efficiently manage scarce funds and resources,” says Blake. “By saving money on operational expenses and effectively allocating staff time, nonprofits can better serve their communities and constituents.”
